• There is no guarantee that the service will launch
• Waitlist position does not guarantee access to the service if it launches
• You may be contacted for feedback, surveys, or launch notifications
• You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time

3. No Clinical Relationship

Important: By joining the waitlist, you are NOT establishing a patient-clinician relationship. We are not providing medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment at this stage.

If you have urgent medical concerns, please:

• Call NHS 111 for urgent but non-emergency care
• Call 999 or go to A&E for emergency medical care
• Contact your GP for routine medical advice

4. No Payment Required

Joining the waitlist is completely free. We do not collect payment information during the validation phase. Any pricing displayed on our website is for informational and validation purposes only.

Since no payments are collected during the waitlist phase, there are no refunds applicable. If and when the service launches, a separate refund policy will be provided.
